Our strategy is based on the high performance of the carefully constructed team. It builds on the collective strengths and experiences that the members of our team provide.
All members of the team are going to be involved in the management of the project by supporting the team leader and providing necessary advice.
Our working approach is based on four key principles:

Our approach is based on the overall responsibility of the team leader. It is therefore extremely important that all members play an active role in conducting the survey. This collective approach is based on shared commitment and roles for each member. This will provide support to the project team at various levels, managed by the project manager, with particular attention to:
- Effective support from the start-up phase
- Rapid deployment of the field team
- Technical support sustainable
- Effective implementation of quality assurance and project management

ITS-ISTIS will ensure the good management of the project and the effective implementation of the activities. Each member of our team has extensive knowledge and experience, which will allow us to provide the broad range of services required by the terms of reference.

The organization of the team will be in accordance with the Terms of Reference. The team will be led by the team leader and the project coordinator will act as an intermediary with the various enterprise survey partners.

During the project, team members will be constantly listening to complaints from partners. Clear communication will be established between all members of the team.

Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information/Data Security
ITS-ISTIS agree
(i) to protect the Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure;
(ii) not to copy, publish, show or disclose the Confidential Information to any Contractor employees, agents, or representatives;
(iii) to store the Confidential Information in secure encrypted storage, password protected using measures that are reasonably necessary to protect the Confidential Information and
(iv) to return the Confidential Information.
ITS-ISTIS will use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of Contractor’s data collection, data evaluation and analysis.

ISTIS uses a system for data collection and monitoring on tablet and mobile data collection, as well as a web-based platform that allows clients to view data in real-time for monitoring. This system provides clients with full transparency and enables users to track progress, monitor data, view descriptive statistics, and access raw data in real time
ISTIS have a perfect command of the data entry programming tools under CSPRO. Experts are accustomed to the use of tablets in statistical surveys. The data manger will be in charge of the follow-up of the electronic collection operations and will intervene in the case of failure of the transfer system of the questionnaires from the tablets to the server.
In addition, ISTIS conducted surveys with tablets on behalf of UNDP and ILO in Tunisia; and The Kuwaiti Household Income and Expenditure Survey with the UNDP Kuwait.
